When you choose your agent, make sure that they are wary of your needs and be sure they’re capable of doing the following.

Set the right price

You want the best price for your home, and the right real estate agent should be able to guide you through the process. They should be able to support their reasoning for listing a price and show you how they intend to sell it. While you may have a set price in mind, think about all parties involved. Banks have to approve loans for your home. Be sure that your home is priced appropriately and a good agent will be able to tell you why.

You may have already bought a new home, or maybe you’re trying to move before the new school year starts. No matter your timetable, make it known to your agent. While they can’t always guarantee that they’ll be able to sell a home in a set amount of time, they’ll be able to get the ball rolling to best suit your timeline.
